What is Blended Learning?

Blended Learning combines online self-paced coursework with instructor-led to reap the advantages of both. Employees typically start with the online training program, completing the assigned tasks at their own pace. Once they successfully finish the online portion, they move to a traditional classroom setting for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or access Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) online.
