Accelerating Change for Faster Results

Organizational Change can involve shifts in technology, process, organization, and/or culture. Managing, much less driving change, is difficult in the best of times. In challenging times like these with economic turmoil, competitive market shifts, and desires for rapid growth, driving change seem all but impossible. Fortunately, with a sound strategy, effective change management has proven to be the catalyst for long-term organizational success.

At Allen Interactions, our team offers comprehensive and tailored change management methodology known as the Allen Behavior Change Model (ABCm) to drive your organization forward by enhancing employee engagement through:

  • Engaging interactions that spark curiosity and are enjoyable.
  • No lecturing or talking down to individuals.
  • Easy access to personalized, valuable information.
  • Building on identified joys and preferences, rather than forcing better decisions.
  • A focus on enriching lives by boosting capabilities, confidence, and performance.
  • Creating champions, not just adopters, by guiding people through stages of intrigue, joy, and delight.

ABCm, A Step-by-Step Approach to Change Management

Affecting change within your organization isn’t as simple as sending out an organization-wide memo. Change does not happen overnight – it takes time, planning and strategic thinking.

Our approach to change management is broken down into several dedicated steps, including:

Discovery

To drive behavior change, you must first understand the scope and impact of the changes required. This starts with a deep discovery, during which our team will interview key stakeholders at all levels. We’ll also review historical documents and the drivers for change. This step helps to build a foundation for the change required, and sheds light on the challenge, as well as the potential benefits of success.

Kickoff

Following discovery, our team will help you facilitate a set of kickoff meetings. During these kickoffs, it is important to involve subject matter experts and critical employees at all levels. This will help top spread awareness of the change effort, and gain buy-in across the organization. This buy-in and understanding of the need for change will help to propel the evolution forward.

Workshops

Collaboration is key to driving change. To make this crucial collaboration possible, our experts host several workshops. The first workshop is focused on communication and brainstorming. During this first workshop, everyone who will be responsible for driving the change will meet to identify concerns and brainstorm ideas for overcoming challenges. This information is then reviewed before a second workshop, where design thinking is used to define the change and iterate a roadmap for moving forward.

Implementation

With a roadmap in hand, our team will help you design and implement processes and strategies for execution. This includes identifying any necessary communications channels and tools or technology required to drive the change. We’ll also help you identify any training or education needed to support the change across the organization.
