Explore Our Multi-Phased Approach to Curriculum Design
To help design successful learning solutions to reach your business goals, our experts will guide you through our proven, industry standard agile SAM™ process:
Initiation and Discovery
In order to help you design effective curriculum, we must first understand your goals, your current state, and the learners involved. To gain this foundational knowledge, we’ll conduct stakeholder interviews and complete a situational assessment. This information will be used to develop clearly defined project goals.
Design and Planning
During this phase, our experts will work with your team to create a curriculum roadmap. We will identify key performance indicators and performance metrics that can be used later to measure the success of your elearning program. We’ll also identify the most appropriate tools and platforms to build your curriculum design.
Content Development and Prototyping
During the prototyping phase, our experts will utilize the SAM model to create a draft learning module to share with your team for feedback. This feedback will be used to refine and iterate the design to guide curriculum development to meet your exact needs.
Implementation
Our team will help you roll out the training to an initial group of learners for prelaunch evaluation. We also help you create a strategy for continuous improvement of the curriculum to ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of your staff.
Evaluation and Measurement
To help you appraise the effectiveness of your curriculum, our experts will help you continually evaluate your instructional ecosystem. This includes a deep dive into individual program effectiveness, with actionable readouts that can be used to adjust your approach as necessary.
